The dashboard

The dashboard is where a project opens. Ctrl+M goes back to it from any post.

Browse a collection

Each collection is a tab along the top. Within one:

• Search filters the entries as you type.
• Tags filters to entries with the tags you pick.
• All, Published, and Drafts filter by draft status, when the collection has a draft field.
• Cards shows each entry with its cover image. List shows more of them at once.
• The sort menu orders entries by Newest, Oldest, Title A-Z, or Recently modified, and by Order when the collection has an order field.

Click an entry to open it. New creates an entry in the collection, and SEO runs the SEO audit across the whole collection.

Edit many entries at once

Select entries with Ctrl-click, or Shift-click to select a run of them. A bar appears with actions for everything selected:

• Add or remove tags
• Mark as drafts, or publish
• Set a frontmatter field to one value
• Move to the Trash

Click Clear to drop the selection.

Starlight sites

In a Starlight site’s docs collection, the sort menu adds Sidebar, which orders entries the way your sidebar config shows them. See Starlight sites.
